Yes. Ample complimentary parking is available directly on the property. For larger guest counts, valet and overflow parking coordination can be arranged through our planning team.

The venue is fully ADA-accessible, including pathways to all ceremony and reception spaces, accessible restrooms, and designated parking.

While overnight lodging is not available on the property itself, we maintain relationships with a curated list of nearby hotels, inns, and vacation rentals ranging from boutique waterfront stays to larger hotel blocks for wedding parties. We're happy to share recommendations during your planning consultation.

Events may run until 11:00 PM. Vendor load-in typically begins at 10:00 AM on the event day; load-out must be completed by midnight or by arrangement with our coordinator. Extended access windows may be available for an additional fee.

Dates are held exclusively upon receipt of a signed venue agreement and a non-refundable deposit. We recommend booking 12-18 months in advance to secure your preferred date, particularly for peak spring and fall seasons.

A deposit of 25% of your total package fee is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due in two installments: 50% at 6 months prior to your event and the final 25% at 30 days before your wedding date. All payment schedules are outlined in your venue agreement.

The initial deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations made more than 6 months prior to the event date will forfeit the deposit only. Cancellations within 6 months of the event date are subject to forfeiture of all payments made. We strongly recommend wedding insurance to protect your investment.

Your vision is our priority. All of our waterfront event spaces include a covered pavilion and indoor backup option at no additional cost, so your celebration continues beautifully regardless of weather. Our coordinator will brief you on the weather contingency plan during your final walkthrough.

Yes. All clients are required to carry a minimum general liability event insurance policy naming the venue as an additional insured. Coverage must be in place no later than 60 days before your event date. Your insurance agent or a specialty provider can issue this policy quickly and affordably.

We offer a preferred catering partnership with a select group of licensed, vetted caterers who know our kitchen facilities and event flow intimately. While we do not have a single exclusive caterer, all catering providers must be approved by our venue team prior to booking.

Outside caterers may be considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to an additional vendor approval fee. They must provide proof of licensure, liability insurance, and health department certification at least 60 days prior to the event.

Alcohol is permitted at all events. A licensed and insured bartending service is required; you may use one from our preferred vendor list or provide your own with prior approval. All alcohol service must comply with Georgia state regulations and venue guidelines, including last-call times.

Venue security and parking staff are provided exclusively by us and are included in all packages. All other vendors photography, florals, DJ/band, officiant, hair and makeup may be sourced independently, though we maintain a curated preferred vendors list we're delighted to share.

Open-flame candles must be enclosed. Confetti, glitter, and sky lanterns are not permitted. Outside furniture and decor rentals are welcome with prior approval. Our coordinator will review your decor plan during the planning process to ensure everything meets venue guidelines.

The bridal suite and getting-ready spaces are available from 9:00 AM on your wedding day. Full vendor access begins at 10:00 AM. Our coordinator will create a personalized day-of timeline with you in advance so every moment is accounted for.

Yes. A private, beautifully appointed bridal suite is included with every full wedding package. The suite is stocked with full-length mirrors, natural lighting, and comfortable seating for the wedding party ideal for getting-ready photography. A separate groom's quarters is also available upon request.

Rehearsal availability is included in our full wedding packages and is typically scheduled the evening before the wedding, subject to venue availability. Rehearsal dinner coordination on-site can also be arranged for an additional fee.

Every wedding includes a dedicated venue coordinator who manages day-of logistics, vendor coordination, and timeline adherence from setup through the final send-off. Please note that our coordinator manages venue operations we recommend also hiring a personal wedding planner if you desire full-service event planning support.

A typical event timeline runs from a 10:00 AM vendor arrival through an 11:00 PM event close, with music and bar service wrapping by 10:30 PM. Your venue coordinator will work with you to build a detailed run-of-show that fits your ceremony style, meal service, and celebration preferences.
