Your Wedding Day, Written in Water and Light
Georgia's most breathtaking waterfront wedding venue — where every ceremony begins with a horizon and ends in a memory that lasts forever.
Ceremony Spaces Made for This Moment
From open-air waterfront altars to intimate garden-enclosed ceremonies, every setting at our venue frames your vows against the natural beauty of coastal Georgia. Choose the backdrop that speaks to your vision.
The Waterfront Altar
Exchange vows with the water as your witness. Our signature waterfront altar extends over the shoreline, framing your ceremony with reflections and open sky. Capacity: up to 200 guests.
The Garden Pavilion
A lush, garden-enclosed pavilion sheltered beneath a canopy of Georgia flora. The Garden Pavilion offers dappled natural light and immersive greenery for ceremonies of any season. Capacity: up to 150 guests.
The Grand Hall (Indoor Ceremony)
An air-conditioned grand interior ceremony space with floor-to-ceiling waterfront views. Ideal for summer weddings and year-round celebrations. Capacity: up to 300 guests.
Reception Spaces That Set the Scene
When the ceremony ends, the celebration begins — and the spaces in between are just as extraordinary. From candlelit waterfront terraces to a grand ballroom that catches the last light of day, our reception venues are designed to hold every emotion of your evening.
The Ballroom
Our signature reception hall seats up to 300 guests beneath vaulted ceilings and warm Edison chandeliers. Floor-to-ceiling windows face the water, so the sun sets directly through the glass during your first dance. Fully climate-controlled for year-round elegance.
The Waterfront Terrace
An open-air reception terrace perched above the shoreline, strung with market lights and lined with native Georgia plantings. The Terrace accommodates up to 200 guests for cocktail receptions, dinner under the stars, or post-ceremony celebrations that run late into the evening.
The Water Makes It Unforgettable
Our venue's greatest wedding element isn't the grand hall or the manicured gardens — it's the water. The dock, the reflections, the golden hour light painting the surface — these aren't amenities. They're the atmosphere that turns a beautiful wedding into an unforgettable one.
• Dock ceremonies with unobstructed water views
• Sunset portraits on the private shoreline
• Water reflections as the natural backdrop during golden hour
• Evening receptions lit by lanterns along the dock
Georgia's most beautiful wedding backdrop isn't a building. It's always been the water.

Your Questions, Answered
Planning a wedding is one of the most meaningful things you'll ever do — and we want you to feel confident in every decision. Here are the answers to the questions couples ask us most.
How many guests can the venue accommodate?
Our venue can host weddings of 50 to 300 guests depending on the ceremony and reception spaces chosen. The Grand Hall accommodates up to 300 guests, the Garden Pavilion up to 150, and the Waterfront Terrace up to 200 for reception-style events. We'll work with you to choose the configuration that best fits your guest count and vision.
Do you have preferred caterers, or can we bring our own?
We maintain a curated list of preferred licensed caterers who are experienced with our venue and uphold our standards for quality and service. Outside caterers are welcome with prior approval — all caterers must be fully licensed and insured. Our coordinator will walk you through options during your consultation.
What happens if it rains on our wedding day?
We have beautiful indoor backup spaces available for all outdoor ceremony and reception configurations — including the Grand Hall and covered pavilion areas. Our team monitors weather closely in the days leading up to your event and will work with you on a seamless indoor contingency plan so your day feels intentional regardless of the weather.
Is the venue exclusively ours on our wedding day?
Yes — every wedding booking includes exclusive use of the venue for your event date. We do not book multiple events on the same day, so you and your guests have the full property, all spaces, and our complete team's attention from the moment you arrive to the moment you depart.
Are there restrictions on decor, lighting, or outside vendors?
We welcome personal decor and creative styling — candles (in enclosed vessels), floral installations, custom lighting, draping, and more. We ask that all vendors be licensed and insured, and that any structural changes be approved in advance. Our coordinator will provide a full vendor guidelines document after booking.
How far in advance should we book our date?
Our most popular dates — particularly late spring, summer, and early fall weekends — book 12 to 18 months in advance. We recommend reaching out as early as possible to secure your preferred date. Contact us or request a tour to begin the conversation.
