We know that price transparency matters when you're planning a once-in-a-lifetime event. Here are the questions couples ask us most about costs, deposits, and policies.
What deposit is required to reserve my date?
We require a 25% non-refundable retainer to hold your date. The remaining balance is split into two equal payments: 50% due 90 days before your event, and the final 25% due 30 days before.Do you offer off-peak or weekday discounts?
Yes. Our Off-Peak/Weekday package offers significantly reduced rates for Sunday through Friday bookings and select winter months (January, February, and early March). Contact us for current availability.What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
The initial retainer is non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, we will apply your retainer to a new date (subject to availability) within 18 months of the original event date. Cancellations within 90 days of the event forfeit all payments made.Can I customize my package beyond what's listed?
Absolutely. All packages are starting points. We work with couples to add hours, upgrade linens, include additional spaces, or build entirely bespoke packages. Custom quotes are provided after a tour and consultation.Are there any additional fees I should know about?
Our package pricing is inclusive of the items listed. Additional fees may apply for: extended hours beyond your contracted time, vendor overtime, damage deposits (refundable), and any third-party services not included in your package. We review all potential fees transparently during your consultation.Do you offer payment plans?
